Solo

Since Dylan has been having issues with his skin, the Red Head crew has been modifying their morning routine. Some mornings, Dad has been taking Dee Dee to the beach on her own, while Mom takes Dylan and Dora for a walk.

Dee Dee loves being solo. No sharing toys or sticks or Dad.

She’s not sure how she ended up in the midst of this motley crew when she was born to be an only child.

Swimming!

Today Dora did more actual swimming than all other mornings combined. What got her motivated? The coconut. Dad threw it and the three crew members raced to see who could grab it first.Dora swam so long that Mom was able to dig her phone out of her pock…

Norman’s Cay

Just Walking

Dylan is getting some dry patches from the saltwater, despite a good fresh water rinse and weekly bath with medicated shampoo. Today, we took a break from the beach and just had a long walk. Bad news, no beach time. Good news, no rinse off or ear drops…

Beach Fun

Dylan, Dee Dee, and Dora love the beach – each in their own way.

Dee Dee only wants to swim to retrieve the bumper.
Dora loves to dig in the sand, don’t know why…
Just give Dylan a good stick or a coconut and he’s happy. Not a bad life for the Red Head crew.
